Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receiving the product (in accordance with EU consumer protection). Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

Return Instructions

1. Report the return along with your order number to our customer service by email within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Return the product in its original condition and packaging to the address we provide without delay and no later than 14 days after the return notification.
3. We will refund the product purchase price and original shipping cost (only for the cheapest shipping method) once the return is received. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
4. In case of a return, the refund will be made to the payment method used in the order.

Products Damaged During Shipping If the product or its packaging is damaged during shipping, contact our customer service immediately and include a photo of the damage. We will replace the product free of charge or refund the payment along with return shipping costs.

Exceptions and Additional Information

• If the returned product is not in its original condition, has been used, or is missing parts, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.
• Return and refund guidelines do not apply to incorrect or defective products, for which the seller is responsible for all return costs.
• Exchange option: Contact customer service if you wish to exchange a product.
