EASY APPLICATION
Follow these easy steps to secure a long hold.
For the best hold, we recommend Ultra tabs (4-7 days) or Nitro Glue. Regular Sticky tabs are great for shorter events or shoots.
APPLY WITH TABS
Prep Your Nails
Buff the surface of your nail lightly. Clean nails carefully with the included alcohol wipe, twice. Push back cuticles gently with the cuticle stick. Then let your nails dry.
ADD A STICKY TAB
Choose a tab, remove it from the sheet and place it on your nail. Press the sticky tab firmly to your nail on each side, then peel off the top protective screen on the Sticky Tab. Note: If the tab doesn't stick on your nail, re-clean your nails with alcohol wipe or acetone (nail polish remover).
Press & Hold
Line the bottom of your Nitro nail with the base of cuticle, press it down against your nail firmly. Hold it in place for around 20 seconds. Rock your finger back and forth a little to make sure there's complete adhesion without any air bubbles.
NO LIQUIDS
Don't wash your hands or apply any lotions in the following 2 hours, to secure a firm hold.
APPLY WITH GLUE
Prep Your Nails
Buff the surface of your nail lightly. Clean nails carefully with the included alcohol wipe, twice. Push back cuticles gently with the cuticle stick. Then let your nails dry, don't touch the surface of your nails.
ADD GLUE
Add 2-3 drops of glue over your natural nail and the press-on nail. Spread the glue evenly on both. Be careful to avoid getting any glue on the skin. If you do, quickly wipe with your alcohol wipe.
Press & Hold
Line the bottom of your Nitro nail with the base of cuticle, press it down against your nail firmly. Hold it in place for around 20 seconds. Rock your finger back and forth a little to make sure there's complete adhesion without any air bubbles.

Wait for the right moment.
Before you start, check which adhesion method you used. If you applied your nails with Sticky Tabs, you can safely remove them the same day or the next. If you used Ultra Tabs, wait at least 3 days — removing them too early makes them hard to remove. And if you used Nitro Glue, give it at least 5 days before taking them off.

Prep your soak.
Fill a bowl with warm water, add a few drops of dish soap and 3-5 spoons of oil (olive, almond, or any kitchen oil works).

Soak your hands.
Submerge for 10–15 minutes. The warm water and oil break down the bond underneath — this is the part that does the work.

Lift gently.
Using a cuticle stick, gently lift each nail from the sides. If it resists, soak for another 5 minutes. Never force or pry, that's how natural nails get damaged.

Clean your set for next time.
Drop the removed nails into a small cup of dish soap to clean off any residue, then rinse them in fresh water to wash off the oil. Oil-free nails grip much better on the next wear. Pat dry and store in their box!

Show your nails some love.
Massage cuticle oil, coconut oil, or a rich hand cream into your natural nails and cuticles. Let them breathe for a day or two before the next set.
