Order Processing and Delivery
All products are shipped from Helsinki.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 business day of purchase.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates are:

• Finland: 2-5 business days

• EU : 3-6 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your chosen shipping method and destination. Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays and Liability
While we partner with reputable delivery companies, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control (such as strikes, extreme weather, or public holidays). If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly for updates.

We are responsible for ensuring your package is handed to the delivery service in good order, but once shipped, the carrier assumes liability for transit.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence (for damaged packages). We will arrange a replacement or refund, including coverage of return shipping costs.

International Shipping
We are shipping to EU countries at the moment. Please contact us if you wish to purchase our products outside EU, we will try to make it happen!  Shipping times and costs may vary by country.
